Gen 2 night vision intensifier tubes and similar products are classified as dual-use goods under the Canadian Export Control List (ECL). Because of this, all orders require export compliance review before shipping.
Processing may take 1–2 weeks, and in some cases—depending on documentation requirements or government review—delays may extend beyond 40 days.

All customers purchasing a Gen 2 intensifier must complete an End-User Statement (EUS) before their order can be processed.
The EUS confirms that:

• You agree to comply with all relevant export control regulations of Canada and your own jurisdiction.

Your order cannot be released for shipment until the EUS has been reviewed and approved.
