All products Assembled by Mk4.design come with a 2 year service guarantee, we stand by our quality control and assembly process. Should you encounter an issue with your device please reach out to us. Our team is dedicated to ensuring product conformity and functionality. This guarantee ensures the product is free from installation defects and workmanship under normal use. If a device is deemed to have defects from the Intensifiers, Housings and or other accessories we will facilitate the warranty process and respective guidelines from the each of the manufacturers below:

Low Light Innovations products maintain a progressive lifetime warranty from defects and non negligent damage from the end user. LLI will do its best to ensure any damage caused by the end user above normal use will be rectified.

NNVT Tubes are a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. They cover factory defects caused from manufacturing but the do not cover user neglect and damage such as but not limited to: Drop damage, introduction of high illumination or laser damage, water or helium/off gas ingress.

Photonis/Exosens Tubes are a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. They cover factory defects caused from manufacturing but the do not cover user neglect and damage such as but not limited to: Drop damage, introduction of high illumination or laser damage, water or helium/off gas ingress.

Lenses are subject to a year warranty from manufacturing defects. Any damage to the lenses from normal to extreme use is subject to the decision of the lens manufacturer and our team for immediate repair
